Although we are a healing center that focuses on a non-Western, non-clinical and shamanic approach to ceremony, we require an EKG approved by a doctor who meets with each guest prior to ceremony, and have a nurse onsite from the afternoon of day two to the morning of day seven.
If you don’t have any major heart issues, medical/medication contradictions or conditions, then iboga is generally safe. 99% of any deaths I am aware of are typically related to ibogaine, which we do not do, and during a drug detox, which we also do not do.
If you do have any questions about your heart we encourage people to get their EKG beforehand.
If you get an EKG at the location (no known heart issues), you get a check up by a doctor and the EKG.

It is important to list everything, including any medical conditions, medications, supplements, or other well-being practices.
We do have a nurse onsite from the afternoon of day 2 to the morning of day 7 and a doctor on call.
